Technical Functionality:

•    The smart bumper sticker will be put on automobile bumpers to record vital data when a collision or accident occurs. The data is stored in tiny memory modules embedded in the sticker.  The data contains information pertaining to force of the impact, the direction of the impact, as well as the date, time and geo-location of the collision. 

•    Retrieving the collision data is achieved through an NFC-enabled smartphone running a companion app which can also be used to transmit the collision data to insurance agencies and/or to other interested parties. This will also reduce the paper work and administrative cost of claim system management.  

Insurance Companies (Reduced paper work/ manual data entry / Authenticated evidence) may even offer discount on premiums.
