OVAO Virtual Training Assistant provides real time coaching according to pre-selected training program and gives instant feedback on swimmers training intensity using color coded light indications. In addition to coaching it tracks all most important

swimming performance parameters, including heart rate. Ovao can be attached to almost any swimming goggles.

Most currently available swimming trackers are not convenient to use, because real time feedback is not possible while tracker is being worn on a wrist. While hearable trackers are not comfortable for all swimmers and they could be annoying, as it takes more efforts to understand voice commands. Colors proved to be the most intuitive and least disturbing way of providing instant feedback for swimmers. Moreover, heart rate measurement from the temporal artery is proved to be more accurate, comparing to a wrist.

And most importantly – none of currently available swimming trackers provide real time coaching.

We’ll be targeting markets worldwide where swimming is among top 5 sports. There are more than 15.000 of public swimming pools and 33M of active swimmers in these markets while 24% of them are currently using activity trackers that amounts to market value of $0,5BN.
